We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible.
Cancelling Before Shipment:
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately. We try to ship items as soon as possible, but if you catch us before it is submitted for shipping, we will do our best to cancel the order before it is shipped.
After Shipment:
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can contact us to arrange a return in line with our return policy.
PLEASE NOTE: We sell some products from manufacturers and suppliers that are custom-made or made-to-order. These products can only be cancelled up to 48 hours after order placement for a full refund.
After 48 hours, there will be NO REFUND.
