Shipping Cost

  • Enjoy free Standard Shipping Anywhere in the Continental U.S.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed by 3:00 PM Pacific Time, 6:00pm EST Monday through Friday, will begin processing the following day.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 days.
  • Custom-orders and made-to-order items will be processed within 2 to 3 days.

Order Transit Time

  • Orders typically arrive within 4-7 business days.
  • Custom-orders and Made-to-order items arrive between 4-13 weeks.

Shipping Methods

  • Most standard items are shipped via FedEx or UPS.
  • Large custom-made or made-to-order items are shipped using third-party freight carriers and delivered via 18-wheeler trucks.
  • For freight deliveries, a curbside appointment will be arranged. Please ensure your contact number is accurate at checkout to facilitate scheduling.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email verifying that it has been successfully received and your payment method approved.
  • A shipment notification will follow within 1-2 business days, including a tracking number and link to monitor your order’s progress. This excludes custom or made-to-order items.
  • For custom orders, please allow a processing time of 4 to 13 weeks. Once your order is complete and prepared for shipment, tracking details will be sent to you via both email and text. When your item(s) arrive at a local distribution center, the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

Address Changes

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to make adjustments.
