What if my item arrives damaged?

We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. If any damage is visible, including to the box, make a note of it when signing for the delivery. If you’re unable to inspect the item during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. Should your item arrive damaged, please email photos to support@grandgardendecor.com. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or issue a refund, typically within one business day.
