What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost to you. Please inspect your item’s packaging upon delivery. If any damage is visible, note it when signing for the package. If you suspect damage but cannot confirm it during delivery, write “suspect damage” on the receipt. Should your items arrive damaged, send photos to support@grandgardendecor.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.
